Fees

1:1 Counselling or Psychotherapy

£75 per 50 minute session week day rate
£85 per 50 minute session weekend rate

Therapeutic services may be covered by health insurance. I am a registered with most insurance providers. Please check to confirm the session rate charged to your insurance company as it can differ from the self pay rate.

Regular sessions are charged as above and cancellations will not incur a charge if 48 hours notice is given.

Concessions are available to counsellors in training and to low income clients who, without fee reduction, would be unable to access therapy.

Clinical supervision

Negotiable depending on course or accreditation requirements

I offer clinical supervision using the Seven Eyed Model and am training with the Metanoia Institute.

Mental Fitness Coaching

I offer a powerful 6 weeks, app guided training program supported with 1:1 coaching. Price on application.
